Lectin Free Vegan Pancakes: Gundry MD Pancake Mix Review
So this is a video I did making my favourite Lectin Free Vegan Pancakes recipe so far using Dr Gundry’s Pancake Mix.
The ingredients I use are from Australia as that’s where I am, so the brands may vary depending what country you are in.
I have found it extremely difficult to find a lectin free vegan pancake recipe. I have tried a lot of different recipes and none work as well at the moment, as Gundry’s pancake mix does. These are so tasty as well without any sweetner added I find.
Feel free to comment below if you have another lectin free vegan pancake recipe that works well as I’d love to try it. As pancakes are one of my favourite foods, I was upset when I found out I was dairy and egg intolerant. It became difficult to find a cafe that still did pancakes I could eat or to even to find a recipe that worked well.
Then when I started changing to lectin free as well, made it impossible to find a cafe or restaurant that does this, but even to make them at home was difficult too. So when Dr G created this mix I was so happy. Thank you Dr G!
